If you are not satisfied with our services or products, the buyer has the right to ask us for a refund.
CIMC will arrange a refund as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned product, which is usually done within 1-2 working days. The refund may need to go through the US intermediary bank, and it will take 1-5 working days to return to the payment account.
The user refund amount does not include other rewards such as recharge gift amount, coupon amount, etc.
The refund policy shall not replace or replace the CIMC limited warranty or disclaimer contained in the CIMC end user license agreement. The refund policy only applies within the time limit specified here and is subject to the requirements specified here.
1. Submit a formal request in writing by emailing email@example.com to confirm the refund.
2. It should be returned within 30 days after shipment.
3. When CIMC get returned product, and there is no type of damage to the product, the refund will be transferred to your account, which is usually done within 1-2 working days .(Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping and other charges that may be incurred during the return process (eg, handling, damage, etc.)).
4. If a credit/debit card/online bank is used for payment, the refund will be refunded to the original credit/debit card/online bank provided at the time of purchase, and if a payment gateway is used, the refund will be refunded to the same account.
