30 Days return and exchange policy
If you want a return or exchange for any reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If you are not satisfied with the product you received within 30 days from the date you received it. You can return your product for a full refund. Please contact us for a return address before sending it back. Sorry we do not accept products sent back to us without first requesting a return. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping and other charges that may be incurred during the return process (eg, handling, damage, etc.).
Returning products needs to meet the following requirements:
1）Returned products need to keep the label and be returned in the original packaging；
2) Returned products need to have no visible signs of wear or use；
3) Please repack the part/accessory/machine to be replaced.
CIMC will arrange a refund as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned product, which is usually done within 1-2 working days. The refund may need to go through the US intermediary bank, and it will take 1-5 working days to return to the payment account.

Limited Warranty Policy
New semi-trailers sold by CIMC carries a one-year warranty effective from the date of shipping. CIMC semi-trailers sold through dealers need be registered within 30 days of purchase to be covered by this warranty. CIMC warrants all newly sold semi-trailers to be free from manufacturer defects in workmanship, parts and materials. Semi-trailer parts can be repaired and returned free of charge within one year.
You need to return the defective item/part to CIMC together with the complaint. Returned products need to be returned with packaging in the same way as received. If parts are to be returned, they need to have adequate packaging to ensure that they were not damaged in transit. In the event the item/part is determined to be damaged due to lack of maintenance, cleaning or misuse/abuse, the customer will be responsible for the cost to replace the item/part, plus all related shipping charges.
